What does it mean to know that we create our own experience on a daily basis?
How does it work? How can tuning forks help us understand? How can we live our best life?
“In recent decades, we have learned that feeling has more to do with creating our experience than thought. After all, the Universe does not speak English; it does not need words at all. It operates as a field of energy, and so do we. Imagine yourself as a tuning fork. Your feelings in any given moment set up a vibrational tone. The Universe picks up the tone and hums along, amplifying your sound. If you are vibrating with joy, you will experience more joy. If you are vibrating with misery, you will experience more misery. Your vibration is reinforced no matter what. Seeing this “evidence” of what we already believe often fools us into thinking the events came first, followed by feelings. We think that something outside of ourselves “made” us happy or sad or angry. But in truth, it’s the opposite; we live from the inside out.” — Ellen Debenport, The Five Principles
I am a tuner. I use tuning forks to make chaotic energy coherent. How does our energy become chaotic? Emotions! Emotional patterns and triggers. And where do those patterns and triggers come from? Primarily from the first seven years of one’s life, reinforced over a lifetime. So then are you stuck with those patters and triggers? Absolutely not! It starts with awareness. Notice. Discern. Acknowledge and take note. Then be kind to yourself. Breathe. Focus on your heart. Breathe through the heart. If possible, connect with nature. The next time a familiar trigger occurs, stop and remind yourself that you do not have to react. You can observe with curiosity.
For those stubborn patterns, try Biofield Tuning. I will comb through the electromagnetic field around you that holds your life experience, find the energy disturbances, blockages and distortions, and allow the fork to turn chaos into peace through entrainment. Your energy will flow freely and you will get off the table, lighter, fresh and ready to face the day.
